- Our full collection is available at the Spruce Moose Market Store, located at the top of the main stairs in The Market at Western Fair District, open every Saturday 8am-3pm & Sunday 10am-2pm (CLOSED on Sunday April 5th 2026).
- Many of our products are available online, 24/7! Shipping, delivery, & pick-up options for online orders are shown below.
- A very small selection of our London-centric items can be found in The Local in White Oaks Mall, open Mon-Fri 10-9, Sat 10-8, Sun 10-5.
- Parcel & Lettermail Shipping: We are proud to offer carbon-neutral Canada-wide shipping! We generally dispatch orders once or twice weekly, but occasionally reduce our shipping schedule. We only ship within Canada at this time.
- Local Delivery: We are currently offering local delivery typically once-weekly (London & Kilworth, ON), but occasionally increase this frequency.
- Local Pick-Up: We'd love for you to pick up your order! Choose Pick Up at checkout, then swing by any Sat 8-3 or Sun 10-2 at the Spruce Moose Market Store!

For many of our smallest & flattest items, we often offer inexpensive/free Canada-wide untracked oversized lettermail as a shipping option; our current list of lettermail-eligible items can be found here!
If you include any ineligible items in your cart, lettermail will no longer display as a shipping option; however, we strive to always provide affordable Canada-wide tracked parcel shipping rates for any order.
We strive to provide you exceptional value while supporting Canadian artists & local production (which we all know isn't cheap!)

- We are also pleased to offer a special promo exclusively in store where we pay the HST! This promo is also available for pickup orders using our pickup discount code.
- We also provide discounted/free shipping rates at different order thresholds.
- Although we love a discount code as much as you, and we do occasionally offer newsletter-exclusive offers, we do not have email sign-up or regular website discount codes - our margins simply don’t allow for this. What we can guarantee is that we always offer you our best pricing!
Our shirts are primarily made from 100% cotton, as well as a selection of manufactured-in-Canada organic cotton & bamboo-blend tees. Some of our crewneck sweaters and heathered tees are a cotton-polyester blend.
All of our earrings are hypoallergenic and are made with hypoallergenic materials as specified in the listing for each product. We primarily feature jewelry made with stainless steel or gold-plated/gold-filled stainless steel, but we also offer items made from .925 sterling silver, gold-plated sterling silver, and nickel-free gold plated brass.
The vast majority of our paper, print, and stationery items are made from premium FSC certified and/or recycled paper products.

All of the creation & design, packaging, and fulfillment takes place in Canada, and the vast majority of our products are manufactured in Canada, with materials sourced as locally as possible;
Approximately 95% of our items are manufactured in Canada; our non-Canadian-manufactured goods are mainly our embroidered patches and enamel pins & keychains (which there is no Canadian supplier for), our sponge cloths, and our goods from Halfpenny Postage. Though these specific goods are not manufactured in Canada, the designs are those of Canadian artists.

Return? No problem! Did something go wrong? We're so sorry, we'll do our best to get it fixed for you asap!
- Our in-person return policy is a generous 4-months (123 days). This is valid for in-person returns, regardless of purchase & delivery method! See the full details here.
- Need to ship an online order back to us? It's free to do so within 14 days of receiving your item! Plus you still have up to 60 days to return to us if you pay the return shipping. And again, you have 123 days to return to us in-person! All for a full refund.

At this time, we're not actively looking for new artists; however, we are always looking to connect with other aligned local artists - please feel free to contact us with a bit more about you, your items, your wholesale catalogue, and whatever else you think might be good for us to know! We are always interested in working with artists who create handmade, quality, unique goods that fit the values of Spruce Moose - themes of flora, fauna, queerness; leading with a focus on kindness, community, and sustainability, etc.
We do receive a significant amount of inquiries - we will reach out to you if we're looking for more information! We apologize in advance if you do not hear back from us; please know we're very busy behind the scenes and it's likely that we love your work but simply aren't looking for it at this time.
