You agree to the following when using the MARKETPICKUP code:
1. Your order will not be shipped.
2. Your order must be picked-up in-person at The Market Store during designated weekend hours - currently only open Saturdays 8am-3pm & Sundays 10am-2pm.
3. Your order will be assembled and neatly bagged, but will not be formally wrapped, boxed, or packaged.
Picking-Up Your Order at The Market Store:
A. Orders placed prior to Market Hours will be available for pickup at your convenience on Saturdays 8am-3pm and Sundays 10am-2pm (Market Hours).
B. Orders placed DURING Market Hours (Sat 8-3 & Sun 10-2) will be prepared within 15 minutes for pickup at your convenience during Market Hours!
C. You must provide your order number and be able to show your confirmation email upon pickup.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the above policies for PickUp orders - we are thrilled to be able to offer these discounts, but they are only possible because we are able to reduce fulfilment time and costs for pick-up orders. LOCAL PORCH DROP ELIGIBILITY:
1. Local Porch Drop is currently available for LONDON + KILWORTH ADDRESSES ONLY (postal codes beginning with N6, N5V, N5W, N5X, N5Y, or N5Z, or postal code N0L1R0).
2. Local Porch Drop is NOT available to addresses which are an apartment building, high-rise, or anywhere a buzzer is required or where a suitable exterior drop-off location is not available. A porch, doorstep, outdoor door handle, or other exterior safe-drop location is REQUIRED to choose this option! And you must feel comfortable with the package being left outside your door. If you don’t fit these criteria, please consider Market Pick-Up or arranging with a London friend or family member who DOES fit the Porch Drop criteria.
You agree to the following when using the PORCHDROP codes:
1. Your order will not be mailed.
2. Your order will be left outside of your home on the specified drop day; we will choose the safest available location; once dropped, you will immediately be notified by email and/or text message.
3. Only the specified drop-off day is available. Drop-offs will be scheduled approximately once every 2 weeks and shown at checkout. We are unable to accommodate specific requests for drop-off days. We also reserve the right to postpone a drop-off day by 1-2 days in the case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Your order will be assembled and adequately bagged, but it will not be formally wrapped, boxed, or packaged like it would for parcel shipping.
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the above policies for LOCAL DROP orders - we are thrilled to be able to offer discounted prices through our local drop, but these savings are only possible because we are able to reduce fulfilment costs compared to shipping by mail.
