A) Order online in-advance of market hours for pickup anytime Saturdays 8am-3pm or Sundays 10am-2pm.

B) Order online during market hours - your order will typically be prepared within 15 minutes for pickup until market closes.
Orders are shipped using Canada Post Expedited Parcel, unless stated otherwise.
When we ship out your order, Canada Post will directly pick up your parcel from us on the scheduled Shipment Dispatch day between noon and 5pm.
* for weeks with a Holiday Monday, parcels will dispatch on the Tuesday.
*** although reliable, these dispatch dates cannot be guaranteed; we pre-schedule our parcel pickups with Canada Post, but if a slot is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will do all we can to ensure your parcels are dispatched promptly.
