Blue Heron; Great Blue Herons are waders and live along coastlines, marshes and near streams. They have a wingspan of up to 2 meters and can fly as fast as 50km/h. When the sacred waterbird comes to you in the Native American totem tradition it gives you a lesson of self reflection, encouraging us to follow our intuition.
