Returns Policy:

We're pretty certain you'll love your scarf and/or blanket purchase, but if there's any reason for a return, we will be happy to accommodate and have 2 options available:

  1. Bring your item directly to the Market at Western Fair District for a return or exchange - we are open every SAT 8am-3pm & SUN 10am-2pm; (900 King St, London, ON - near the intersection of Ontario & Dundas); OR
  2. Email us at return@smoose.ca to let us know what's wrong! We will be happy to fix any issue with your order, but if returning is the way to go, we will be happy to email you a return label: it can be printed, attached to the item in it's original packaging (or in packaging of the same size), and dropped to Canada Post for return.
